Positioning Strategy
One of our major promotional items is to promote our recently renovated rentals to tenants. Once we have started up our business our website will become a place for customers and current tenant to contact us and see available rentals via a search option choosing between suburbs and size and what they require. We will advertise the rentals on realestate.com.au for a small fee as it is a widely popular website and would have a lot larger target market base which could increase the credibility of our promotional rentals getting rented out by tenants. |
Job description
The salesperson will principally be always on the road and not in office. The sales person will need excellent interpersonal skill, be proactive to introduce RTR to any potential customers. A sales quota will need to be achieved and completed quarterly. The salesperson has to record all details of their sales and customer’s feedback, maintain a database of existing customers with an after service and follow up program. This service can be performed via telephone, email or in person. Finally, they have to report to a sales manager each Monday. The Monday meeting to find out the reports prepared and the feedback from existing customers it what will be of most importance. The sales person will also have the trades set up and he will be maintaining a good cost rate with them on our jobs.
